We buy fresh vegetables and meat from special suppliers and slice them ourselves every day to maintain freshness. We don’t use any pre-packaged ingredients.
Our pizzas are made with our own handcrafted pizza sauce, pizza crusts and a special blend of cheeses. Our supplier has told us that we’re their largest volume cheese purchaser for pizza restaurants in BC. That is quite a feat, considering we have only one store location. Even the bread we use for our garlic bread is from a local bakery.
